Heritage Hunt Fitness
Heritage Hunt Fitness Center is a 14,000 sq. ft. Design-Build project. It includes complete renovation, addition, and alteration of the existing facilities, as well as a total transformation of the existing building and its capacity in the heart and vibrant space of the community, integrated into the pool house, tennis courts, putting green, knoll garden, and clubhouse.
This project is part of the Master Plan Services and Implementation awarded to The Princeton Companies.

The experience acquired with two consecutive JOC contracts for six years from 2015 through 2021 with (LC) Loudoun County and the integral vision of an Architectural and Construction Company such as Princeton Builders Inc. and Princeton Design PLLC allows the (DGS) Department of General Services to maximize the vision and spirit of the JOC contract with us.

VSC Vienna
VSC - Veterinary Surgical Center and Rehab Veterinary Surgical Center.
The subject site includes a two-story brick masonry commercial building. Built in 1988, the building has an approximate floor area of 16,794 square feet and currently has seven (7) separate tenant spaces located on three floors, referred to by different unit or suite numbers. The subject tenant space is addressed to Unit 100, 124 Park Street SE, Vienna, VA 22180, with an approximate floor area of 4,860 square feet. The new space will be used for the Neurology Treatment and Imaging Center.

Piedmont CC
The Princeton Companies originally designed and built the 25,000 sq. ft. Clubhouse in 2001. Club Corp, now “Invited,” commissioned the addition of a new member bar and expanded grill and completely renovated the existing kitchen.
